Classical Tuesdays in Slavonian Hall October 10

'Duel in Dresden' is the intriguing title of our musical performance in October. Tekla Cunningham (baroque violin) and Nathan Whittaker (baroque cello) and Henry Lebedinsky (harpsichord) present a program re-enacting the 18th Century rivalry between violinists Francesco Maria Veracini and Johann Georg Pisendel at the Dresden Court Orchestra. The program will feature music by Veracini and Pisendel as well as Bach and Telemann.
